Weekly Activities for Members

MONDAY
Youth Radio Preparation 3:30 - 4:45
Participants take turns hosting Youth Hour.
This preparation time will be used to develop scripts and practice radio voices.
Youth Hour 5 - 6
Mondays 5 - 6 pm, BACA takes to the airwaves on Braidwood Community Radio. Supported by Gordon, our radio team creates the script and goes live. We also create pre-recorded content, such as interviews. Parent Mentor, Louise Williams, supports this activity.

Senior Circus 3:30 - 4:30
Junior Circus 4:30 - 5:30
Led by Nikki Kennedy

Face Painting 6 - 7
This course is taught by professional face painter, Angelina Broso. Under 10s are welcome with a supporting parent or guardian.

THURSDAY
Choir 4-5
Our all ages choir led by Fi Howell will be exploring the vocal soundscape with a singing for wellbeing approach.

Young Makers Studio 4 - 6

Monthly Creative Media Workshops
The professional workshop will require registration: Join the Special Events group to stay informed.
Your membership will last one year from the date you join and includes all our term-based activities and subsidised special workshops and events. Where we can, we provide free workshops and events to members (donations of skill or funds are always welcome to aid this).

Your membership helps us in two ways: success in numbers, and keeping our costs covered.
The bigger our membership, the better our grant applications are: we apply for grants to help provide inspiration opportunities at no or low cost. As a tax-deductible organisation, we also welcome donations.
We are also seeking talented folks who can offer inspirational term-based activities or occasional workshops.
If you have a creative idea, please submit it to our team.
Volunteer offers are ultra brilliant, but we also invite those who need to be paid.
